Harsh treatment

I have just received the most shocking and horrible service experience of my life. 3S auditors and accountants were my accounts in particularly Hennie (the owner) was assisting me for years. I have since moved to another company. The reason for this review is I've received an enquiry from SARS regarding a matter 3s auditors and accountants assisted with the service during a period worked with them. I send two emails asking for assistance for review. There was no response to my two emails. I then called this morning and spoke to Hennie requesting for a short meeting to discuss the situation at hand and in his words he does not have the time, I should go back to 2020 email correspondences and should find whatever answer I'm looking for and not to be lazy and do the work as it's my responsibility. He further continued, why not ask the current company I'm working with to assist. When I said to him that this matter was undertaken by his firm and all I'm asking for is for them to take a second look he just started screening at him. Saying I'm no longer his client to stop being lazy and do the work. That's when I mentioned that my new accountant and I spend time reviewing the work and saw a discrepancy. He wouldn't hear of it and continued screening. That's when I said but I paid a lot of money for the service he rendered and all I'm asking for is a second look he continued screaming that's when I told him I was going to leave this review on Hello Peter when his response was if I did that he is going to sue me for threatening him, it was so bad I had to drop off the phone. As a past customer who worked with him for over two years it is sad that I was met with this brutal harshment.
