Bad Service

I would like to know about my account as i have made a mistake on transferring my money from the discount card,but now it says non cashable and im in need of cash now they say that it's irreversible that means I'm not gonna get my money my discount card number for 3pexcel is ********** ********** 99 and they are situated in Centurion.Please help.
