Pathetic Service

its a question of "WHO DONE IT". 20 x 3M belt sanding discs & they all useless. Contacted 3M.Response=3M does NOT have an abrasives representative in PE. Now heres where it gets very interesting.The sanding discs in question says 3M. But wait,im told that these belts/discs are made up by there supplier,Coast... Sales or something to that effect.So, technically these belts are not 3M or 3M's problem. The customer is refered to the supplier who made up this inferior product.So now im sitting with this useless **** that cost me money. returning it was another issue as one has to deal with attitude & rascism. Consumers, there are alternate products on the market that works just as well as 3M.At a fraction of the cost i might add.Suppliers that give you service & not Lip. That'll treat you with the respect,dignity & Humanity that you rightfully deserve. To the supplier in question....DO NOT JUDGE LESS HE BE JUDGED.
