whats for repairs when the phone is still not working

booked the phone for repairs via Markham's and it went to 3g mobile for 3 times already and still comes back with the same problem and the store manager from Markham's Faith says you 3g mobile don't read the book-in-form. yes as a customer I did believe her cause she is the one working hand in hand with you . plus the phone came back saying it was booked for software update which was not the problem and I don't know who is not doing his job between Markhams and 3g mobile im so furious and angry at the service given yet we paying for the phone. a new phone of 8days has problems and to date not solved.
