Overcharge

<p>I recently sent my phone in for repairs. On warranty. I was informed that my phone had water damage, which was not the case. I went into CNA Eastgate to check on the progress. I was told there would be a charge of R1 100 to repair my device which is valued at R900. Now I contacted 3G Mobile as I was told I should by the person assisting me at CNA. On the call I explained that the device was not exposed to any liquids and is under warranty. The response was that I should go back to CNA. It makes no sense. I am being overcharged for a warranty claim.</p>
