Drop off of phone

I put in a claim with Outsurance yesterday and was contacted by Pat from 3G mobile to arrange the excess payment and the drop off of my new phone. I made the eft yesterday afternoon, and emailed my proof of payment. I then received an email from Pat to confirm that my phone is on route. This morning before 10am I received my new devise.
