Bad service

I have bought a Battery from Gmobile shop no 111 central park Bloemfontein on the 3rd of this month within a week he battery is dead I have reported this battery but they said they are waiting for stock to come in, when I want my money back they refuse to give me my money and the battery was not even new at all. The manager was giving me attitude when I want my refund.
