Wrong item delivered....No support or service

Hi 3D Store ZA. I ordered a 3d printer and 3 rolls of filament, then you send the wrong printer. This is not acceptable service. I have sent 2 emails to support, I have used the online website chat function, I have left 2 voicemails, But have not received 1 response at all. 🙁 🙁 🙁 I dont get any service or support...
