WORST SERVICE EVER

I bought a printer from this store and paid in full. I received an email from them stating they will send me the way bill but nothing happened, trying to phone a guy with the name of Nicolas he just don't answer his phone, trying to phone the office forget it that phone stays in gage you cannot get hold of them. I am still waiting for the way bill and I am worried that having all this problems trying to buy a printer, how am I going to battle to get something repaired. Please be careful to buy from them, as customer service is non existent.
