Terrible support once order placed

Please think twice about using this company, Order was placed and paid. No feedback from this point onwards, called them 2 days later, was promised that I would receive the waybill the same day, next day called again with same promise. Still nothing, no delivery either, definitely not trust worthy company doing business with as they do not honor there word.
