Don't use this store.

Absolutely pathetic.

I purchased a 3D Printer from them in August but it wasn't working correctly. I then returned it for a warranty repair, 5 weeks later I got it back and it still wasn't working and it wasn't the same printer I sent to them. I returned it again but this time for a refund, I've been calling daily to chase the refund, they are currently promising the refund today (3rd promise so far).

Their customer service is absolutely *******, they like to say that they'll have to call you back because person X is out the office, but then they NEVER call you.

If you value your sanity, PLEASE don't use this company.
