Do not use 3D Store - Bad Bad Service

I bought a 3D printer from 3Dstore, it was a Creality K1, when I received the printer there was no camera with the unit and they promised me that the factory will sent them shortly and they will send it to me. Then after I used the printer for a while it started to give problems. The Creality factory said that there was a problem with the extruder and the hot-end and they will replace it for free. They told me now I have to pay for the camera and they also have told me that it will come and that is now every time I phone them, they do not answer their email's regarding it - my printer is broken and cant use it and they do not come to light. Still waiting on the replacement parts.
