DO NOT BUY: Zero after sales support

I bought a Creality LD-002R from this company. After 2 weeks of battling and resetting to get prints to just work sometimes, I finally figured out there was dead spots on the LCD from the start.

I reported it and email ignored. I called almost a 10x times before someone answered. Friendly and assured me their stock was on the way and would raise and escalate issue. Nothing happened....

I have tried calling again and following up on emails.

PS: I have already ordered a LCD screen and replaced it. The burn times is all of a sudden at 25% of what I had to place it at to sometimes get a success. Further supporting faulty product.
