Buyer beware.
Ordering was a breeze, but no communication was received once order was placed.
Printer arrived, packed upside down. Apon opening the box, I discovered I was send a unit that was already opened. Okay this isnt a deal breaker as some companies will open and test the units before shipping. This sadly was not the case. The printer was clearly a returned unit.
I decided to go ahead and assemble the unit. After unit was assembled, I powered it up only to discover the unit powers up but other then that, the board is useless. On closer inspection liquid damage can be seen on the LCD unit.
The unit i was sent was clearly returned for either the same reason or the prevoius owner destroyed the LCD and sent it back for replacement.
Be very very careful when dealing with this company as I have been trying to get some form of communication going with them, but had no luck
Fix your communication lanes, as Facebook messenger messages was only answered after the problem was solved, Emails doesnt get answered. This looks very very bad for your company.
I would have done more business with this company, but will much rather use the competition.
