Avoid buying from this company

Avoid buying from this company! Poor customer service, actually, it's nonexistent. I made an order, and my card was charged but they canceled the order. I contacted their support and have had no response in 4 days now...not even an acknowledgment that they saw my messages. Their number is also always busy
