Thank you for continued excellent service

I'm exceptionally happy with the service they give. I've bought a number of things from them either online or in store. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, I've gone in with a bad print and they actually help and make suggestions, they explain principals and teach, they don't just sell, you get proper support. long ago i was having issues with my first printer and it was obvious that I bought it somewhere else yet they still helped. The printer was dead on arrival and i got no support from the other company. so in comparison I bought a cnc router from 3D printing store which sadly had a few missing parts, next day missing parts was on my doorstep, no issues. Since then i make it a point to buy from them before anyone else, if they have what i'm looking for. Their prices are great but it shouldn't matter to you because the support is invaluable.

This morning i placed an order with a request that if possible shipping could be today as a same-day. I recognize the difficulty in achieving this and that its not a very reasonable request from my side. But they did and i got it before 3pm, Thank you so much! I appreciate someone taking note and going out of their way, you have no idea.

I really just wish that they had a little bit more variety in filament brands so that i could support them more regularly.
