Poor Customer service

I ordered some parts for collection on the same day and due to a website error they took my payment but did not place the order. I phoned the store to try sort it out so I can have the collection made and I was told their website does this and I will have to wait till Monday to sort it out.

I proceeded to source the parts I needed fro other stores and on the coming Monday requested a refund. It is now more than a month later and I am still waiting for the refund.
