37 Sandals (Thirty Seven Sandals) NOT RECOMMENDED

If i could review this company a 0, I would! I 200% would NOT Recommend ordering from 37 Sandals.

My boyfriend ordered a pair of leather sandals with interchangeable straps in august, 2 weeks prior to my birthday. After a whole thing, the shoes were never dispatched when Lea venter (The owner) said they would be. The shoes arrived 1 day prior to my birthday. The strap colours werent even as advertised. We raised this complaint with her, to which se responded and said that she will replace the straps. (2 WEEKS AFTER THAT THERE WAS STILL NO EFFORT FROM HER TO GET INTO CONTACT ABOUT THESE STRAPS)

The first time i wore these shoes, the straps failed. Which i also complained about with Lea. The second pair of straps also failed within that same week to which she eventually responded with that those were old stock, she bought the business over and still getting rid of old stock. She eventually gave me more straps to choose from, which i did and still ahd to follow up with her almost every second day as to when she is planning on sending me the replacements.

Finally got my replacement straps, and the soles are busy coming loose, (ive only worn these shoes to work for about 5-6 times). The 2nd time im wearing the REPLACEMENT straps, the actual clip gives out. thsi is utter **** quality and service that you are paying a fortune for.

I would definitely not recommend this business or doing business with Lea Venter. \if you do think of purchasing these leather sandals, at least be sure to always carry a pair of backup shoes with you, because these sandals are bound to leave you walking out of a meeting Barefoot. NO WONDER HER FACEBOOK REVIEWS ARE OFF.
