Double the installment,No service offered to Me

Last month this compeny took 1 installment of R2000 like the agreement was between Me and them.This month they took double the installment,they dit not even made contact with Me nothing.So meaning I have paid all that money for NO SERVICES.It went off last month and this month through a stop order.So meaning they stole R2000 from Me.I cant understand it because they took their installment last month.Why this month DOUBLE.Very UNHAPPY with this feels like they stole My money!!!!!!!!
