365 Budget SA please deactivate the debit order

The past years I was using this company to pay my credits and last year December they took my money and never paid my creditors. So this year they were paying only capital Data and we finished paying them and I sent them a letter of full payment and informing them about it and they didn't pick up my calls and also blue ticked me when I informed them that our marriage ends as there is no longer any company to pay.
