365 Budget SA comes across as service providers for debt removal and debt mediation on facebook. This place operates *********. Paid them a R8000 over 3 months for debt removal only to discover it was paid into the employee personal bank account. They use a debt counselor registration number DC2790 but the debt counselor not registered with this company and when we made contact with her she was of no assistance as they all in cahoots together, talking about a dilemma, the agent we dealt with does not even know how the DC looks but her registered details are on their documents?! How is that legal? Please don't make use of this company it is a nightmare waiting to happen and a trap. The landline number never gets answered and only deal via whatsapp, email or they call you from 087 numbers and block you from Facebook once you speak out. The company address advertised is wrong and they are loaceted in 123 main road, wynberg centre, wynberg cape town next to the post office but advertise 123 piers street on facebook comments. We managed to get our money back after 5 months of struggling with them as we realized they were going to get paid for doing nothing. We paid up all our accounts and just needed a clearance certificate. We got our clearance certificate not even from them but wanted us to pay an R8000 for no work being done, charging us a DC fee and we were charged for this already by the previous company.instead of being honest and telling us the process they were greedy for money. The owner Rushda of this place has no client interaction etiquette and manners. Once they have your money all you hear is stories filled with lies and rudeness. Take advantage of vulnerable people making them believe they will help you and turns out that people are in more debt than before approaching them. If you are a victim please report them to NCR.
