PT has not provided me with contractual service
I have today received a demand by email for the payment of debit order arrears due to my debit order bouncing from 36XBT. Firstly to clarify matters, nothing bounced from my account. The company captured the incorrect bank account data from the form that I completed.

I signed up for a 2:1 session but decided after a month not to continue my sessions for the following reasons:
- The personal trainer Shannon Petre was doing his own workout during my sessions and did not pay me much attention
- Face time was less than 5 minutes over the whole hour
- He gave me exercises to do and checked in with me every 15 minutes or so, he gave me no comments on form
- There were more than 2 people (as per contract) he was training on more than one occasion
- He started one session 15 minutes late as he was talking to someone in the coffee shop

When I confronted him on the above he was not willing to take anything on board, only saying that he had never had complaints before.

This is why I stopped my training as I do not think they were fulfilling their contractual obligations. Now they are suing me for the remainder of my three month contract, despite this shocking treatment.
