wrong information rectified

Good day<br> i changed my banking details and requested liquid capital to update my new banking details,Tess Naidoo told me the account will be effective in November ,here is the email\ Good day <br> Please be advised that I have requested for the banking details to be changed.Please note that our debit orders runs one month in advance which means that your debit order for next month will stil go off your old account .The change will only be active from November.Hope all of the above is in order.Warm Regards"which all of this was incorrect i send back email to say the old account is closed can she give me the banking details where i can deposit the premium for the two months while waiting for the new account to be active"
