I took a maintenance service plan with 360 Plus in March 2015 and they started debiting my account beginning of April 2015. The agreement was that after four consecutive debit orders I will be able to start using the benefits.
At the end of July 2015 I started receiving SMS notification informing me that a new debit order will come into effect in September 2015. My debit order is on the 4th of each month and the account was in good standing, then I received an SMS that a debit order did not go through due to some systems problems at 360 and they will try and debit on the 17th of August 2015. I then took my car for services at the dealer and gave them my policy number to contact 360 Plus to which they were declined authorization, due to arrears in my account.

I tried to call the customer care service to resolve the issue only to be told that I need to do an EFT to activate my account. I refused to do so since I have give 360 plus all the responsibilities to ensure that funds are debited on the 4th. I have been told I will be called to resolve the matter on Friday the 14th but even today I have not received any feedback from 360 Plus. I paid the dealer with my own money.
