Unhelpful and rude service

Good morning<br> <br> I would like to state that I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from your agent at the call centre ELMA MAHONKO, she was extremely unhelpful, even when I requested to speak to her manager KRISTELLE SNYMAN, she tells me that her manager is to busy to speak to me, that says a lot about the service from 360, I have 2 vehicles that have a maintenance cover with you guys an now due to the service I will be cancelling my policy.<br> this to me is pathetic client service.
