Sold a lie

I took an additional service plan with liquid capital. The lady helping me informed that as soon as 4 payments have gone off I can take my car in for service on to be told at 62000km that service plan only covers service from 75000km. The plan details say start of plan is 60001km this was never explained or told to me until my car was sitting in the service center waiting to get approval for service. A lady by the name of Kgaogelo was also helping me correct my registration number but I have been since informed she's left.. No one followed up with her emails and outstanding queries. Torini then told me she would call me back ad her system was down and 3 hours later nothing had happened. Very dissapointed with their service and would not recommend this company to anyone.
