I took a 360Plus service plan last year October, in December I changed to 360Plus service plan booster.I even sent an email that the details should be rectified and was sent another document with the same details not stating that the policy is a service plan booster.I then called and was told that I'll be sent the correct one and the dealership can use the vin number and they'll pick up the latest policy but for my surprise when the dealership called for authorization for service and for the brake pads, they were told that I only have a service plan and the brake pads wont be covered.I changed from service plan to service plan booster because it includes brake pads so if they are not, clearly there was no need for me to change but instead the premium went up from R179.33 to R266.81 without other benefits(eg.brake pads).Yesterday I spoke to Penelope and she said the rectified plan doesn't have the vin number of the car and she asked me to send vehicle disk which I did and said she'll get back to me which she never did until I called and spoke to Sam, he told me everything is sorted and the dealership can call for authorization but when they called, they didn't get authorization.
