Rejected claim saying a pothole is an accident

<p>The worst plan ever!!! They will try andything not to fix your car!!!! I have a maintenance plan wiith them, Paid up in advance so I cant even change it.. My car went in to get shocks, suspension, wheel allignment done, wear and tear items. After 1 whole month of wasting my time, they declined my car being fixed saying my car has been in an accident, when I enquired where and how, because my car has not been in an accident, they said anything even a pothole is considered an accident. now im stuck after paying upfront for this stupid plan i have to fork out money to fix my car, so you tell me, what have I paid for?????????????????</p>
