Refusing to Repair brakes on Nissan GTR

360 Plus / Liquid Capital refused to pay for the repair of the brakes and discs on my 2012 Nissan GTR - the vehicle is still under full maintenance and service plan. The assessor sighted abuse for the brake pads and discs wearing. As one would know the Nissan GTR is one of the most beastly sports cars in the world. If you are going to sight abuse as the reason for the discs and pads wearing at 21000km's then I have no words. The company wanted to cancel the R150K plan (with no prior claims) and refund R110K sighting the R40 as commissions (an easy way to make a buck I would say).Beware as I woudl go so far as to say I have been ****med of R40K and also with no plan on a vehicle that I have purchased.
