Refused to pay for my bakkie service

On the 26th June 2017 i took my bakkie for service in Vryburg - Stellaland Nissan. When i got there i was told i have exceeded my service kilometers by 5000 km, unfortunately 360Plus won't pay for my service. I contacted them and they told me they will get back to me until today 6th Dec 2017 i haven't heard from them. I was told to pay from my pocket because the contract says if i exceed service period by 2000km i have to. I was never given the copy of the contract when i purchased the car. I was surprised to pay the same amount that 360Plus could have paid, i don't get the point of refusing to pay.
