Problem to claim

I have been trying to claim this morning!! phoned 8 times and every time i speak to someone they refer me to another department and this is not the 1st Time this happens!!!! Which is not the correct departments, you just go in circles!!!!! this is so frustrating, they take the money every month no problem no problem, but its impossible to claim!!!! on the document the authorization number is apparently incorrect then they give you another number that is also incorrect!!! This is definitely not worth it, pay all the money to struggle to claim.
