LOSING MY MIND

What a ********** experience. I paid for a plan that includes 3 services, time comes for my third one, I take it in to my dealer and there it's been standing for almost THREE WEEKS NOW. They are "investigating" before approving the claim. A CONSTANT back and forth and we are getting NOWHERE.

The staff are intensely ***********. I cannot say I've ever had a worse experience anywhere else.
