DISHONESTY, DECEIVING AND MISLEADING COMPANY

I took car service plan including cam belt service with liquid capital / 360plus. When I took car for service and a cam belt they refused to authorise cam belt and I had to pay for cam belt service out of my pocket, for almost 2months now they refuse to reimburse the amount I paid, instead they sent me new documents that were never sent on the day this plan resumed. I've been calling them asking to speak with the supervisor but I am told they are busy with other calls, I spoke to Lulu, Nomathemba who are consultants. This company is very *********.
