Cancellation of service plan

I am so disappointed with the plan I took with 360 plus, they were so friendly while I was taking it since they wanted to get a sale now, my car is due for service nobody wants to help me, they said they want proof of payment which I did provide once I've done that they say it's not corresponding with what they have on their system, whose fault is it? They said they will re instate my plan or open a new one, once they got a proof now they got it, the don't want to pay me back cause I was a refund, I've spoken to Khashen, Boitumelo and another lady who said she's a team leader service,
