bad service

I sold my car and all I what to do is just to move my plan to the new car,but I'm not alowed to so.After a have nearly paid up the plan. NOW I have to first pay the R700 difference before I can get new plan. But ifs fine 360 plus debt my account till it's done,but know this I will never do business with you again. Your call centre staff is rude and unprofessional.
