Bad Service

<p>on Monday 5 dec 2016, I took my car to GM Motors for 135000km service, I requested GM Motors to check the front lights, they are so dim, I mentioned to them that they should contact 360 plus for Authorisations should any thing needed to be fixed, GM Motor checked the car and find that , one of the globes is dead, they contacted 360 plus for Authosrisations for Servicing the car, and fixing the damage globe, to my suprise 360plus only Authorised the service of the car not to fix the damage globe reason given was my plan expired , I then called 360 plus personally to get clarity, an agent by name of Boitumelo said to me my servise plan has expired , I then I asked her, how come, my car car is covered with the maintance plan up to 135000, which is now, you can only service but not fix the light? I then called Nomathemba Mazibuko who explained to me that the information given to me was incorrect the car was still covered but after 135000, I need to renew which Im aware off. Nomathemba asked me to tell GM Motors to forward the quotation to her, the Quotation was sent to Nomathemba on Monday 5 Dec, Up to today, Thursday 6 December 2016, the light has not been fixed no Authorisation number, I have been told the manager at the Authorisation department doesnt answer the calls, I am very dissapointed and disgusted with the service I have been receiving from 360 plus, and its not the first time they are providing such a horrible service to me, Everytime, Authorisations takes 2 to 3 days to be issued, what is this, now Im must drive with the car that doesnot have light , if I can be involved in the accident my Insurance will not pay me of fix my car, because of this, I really hate dealing with 360 plus.And Im not renewing my maintance plan with them, they have such a horrible, disgusting service, and when you request to be put through to manager so you can raise your concern thay utterly refuse to do so, I demand to be contacted so that we can get this issued so that now.</p> <p> </p>
