Angry client

I've been waiting for authorisation for TWO days now, when the dealership calls them thry tell them my account is owing, the next thing they don''t have a record of me on their system. When i call to ask they tell me everything is fine. I've never missed a payment. Now i have to pay for my car out of of my own pocket.
