Paid for my 7 x bottles of "Let's Keto BHB Gummies" order (diet pills) - Order ID: #SUR3MBH on 05 January 2023. Transaction shows under your bank or credit card statement, listed under "Bodystrong Vitamins". After several times enquiring when delivery will take place and many excuses here by middle March 2023, I suddenly received via post office after paying another few ZAR for ZA custom TAX services and Post Office shipment fees the wrong order of 5 x bottles of "Anilmale - Male Enhancement". I immediately inform them and "Jenny R. of customer service requested photos which I send them for replacing the wrong order with the correct order ASAP. On my request Jenny R. only terminated the opted automated refill service which is done on your original order (Be Aware: stated in the fine writing) for their convenience. Promises were given that they will look into the matter to resolve it ASAP but I instructed them if they cannot I want my full refund of about R5K. It is 30 April 2023, 3 months later and I am still without my ordered items and the about R5K I paid for it in order to work on my spouse and my wellness to help melt away undesired fat. All that has happened; is additional frustration and stress of losing hard earned ZAR. All previous reviews regarding this company and their excuses such as order being in transit, and stuck in at Customs in USA/Johannesburg, and 3 weeks later the order somehow cannot be tracked or do not know how the wrong order got to you. Do not even hope to be reimburse or given guidelines to correct any mistakes with the order; it just get ignored. It eventually seems to be a massive **** and the Banks' ***** & *******ion departments should investigate and take legal action on behalf of their loyal clients in order to root out such ********s in the business industry. I highly recommend that everyone stays away from ordering ANYTHING from them until such time they can show authenticity in what they do. BE WARNED!
