horrible service - feels like a ****

This "company" has a facebook page, they advertised their products available. We approached the company to do a quotation for a canvas roll up blind as well as covering our pergola with shading and reeds / latte. The "owner / partner" came out to do the quotation, we accepted and gave the go ahead to do the blind first and at a later stage proceed with the roof.

It has been endless battles and excuses as to why nothing has been done or completed. One week later after organising someone to be at our house while they work, he messaged us the evening telling us the framework has not been delivered yet. He then organised to come to our house at 18:30 in the evening, we got home at quarter to six, at half past six i went to my car to fetch things out my car i then saw the white taxi in front of my gate, he then stated they have been sitting by my gate for half an hour, we stated you can clearly see our car through the gate and you have our contact numbers! during the 3hours he was at our house (alone) he managed to drill holes in our wall - and that was it. He didnt have a work vehicle (dropped by a taxi) wanting to borrow a ladder and extention cord..... his taxi lift only picked him up at 21:00.

We gave him the benifit of the doubt and we were told he would complete the blind by the monday morning. We got home from work and again nothing was done and no communication until the next morning, he stated his "workers had left early" We sent a stern email saying this needs to be completed before the weekend, alas nothing has been done.

We sent another email stating we are now fed up and we are no longer proceeding with the work, ten minutes after that he posted an advert on his facebook page with the blind for sale with our exact measurements "available immediately" which is our blind! but he used the same pictures he has all over his facebook page with our measurements. The post states "exactly as picture" which is not the case, as it hasnt been made yet! otherwise we would of had our dam blind!!!!!!!!!

I have commented my views on the facebook post but he is deleting them immediately.

So be warned! you will either not get your products, or if you pay a deposit the you can kiss your money good buy.
