Horrible service

We were suppose to check in in Rome when our flight was cancelled. We were redirected to another airport and was able to fly the same day. WE PHONED OUR HOST AND SHE AGREED TO MEET US AT THE NEW GIVEN TIME!

When we got there, there was no host. We phoned her 37 times without any answer. We waited until the next morning and then tried to phone her again. She also did not answer.

We had to book new accommodation and when we asked for our money back she refused and said it is our fault and we ware a no show. We have proof of the call records and photos taken in front of her place. She cancelled our booking without us knowing and informed us about it a few hours later.
