Poor workmanship

This company was hired to do maintenance on my roof and install fascia boards and gutters which our house never had. From day 1 they didn't inform us about trusses that don't line up but still continued to put up fascia boards. This made the fascia boards crack and it wasn't straight. When we expressed our unhappiness about the work, we were told that is how it is of the trusses don't align and that we are being used reasonable. I had them removed everything and align the trusses and redo the fascia boards. These fascias were cracked and had large defects in them. They refused to replace the broken (broken by them with the poor installment the first time) fascias unless we pay extra for new fascias. At this point they've been working a week longer than planned. So we said they should just stop with all the work and leave. The boss of this company doesn't answer the phone when you try to get hold of him if he doesn't want to deal with the problem. He doesn't attend arranged meeting to discuss the problems. Poor workmanship with no respect towards his clients and client satisfaction. Reuses damaged stock. Unacceptable.
