Bad experience and unfairly treated

I have paid R4950 for my daughter modeling and for her to receive her portfolio from Lifa Fikizolo on the 08/06/2023 until to date I have not received a clear indication of where is the portfolio. She also did not receiver her certification of participation of the auditions. My daughter's name is Keamogetswe Mogale. I have made several attempt to such of requesting refund from Lifa and lastly he advised that he left the company but still existing in the company whatsapp group. What I need is full refund of R4950.
