Cojo’s old 33 high street

33 high street , now Cojo’s in modderfontein is a disappointment. I met with them prior to the my moms 50th to ensure they had the best suited venue. I was promised they it is a party of note, they are so busy they get packed on a Friday, they are having 6 djs and they close at 3am… When I confirmed the numbers, I was told again they there would be a band and djs (bearing in mind that this was 3 days before the party) …

I get to the venue to set up, my tables have not been set up. They made no effort to decorate the tables, all we had was salt and pepper. Thank goodness I took my own decor…. No one else was there, they closed the bar at 10 , put all the lights off and practically kicked us out. There was no management around. I was asked what music they should play and no music was played we asked to out the volume higher and they said no they have an event the next day…

Will not have any event there, it’s a pity because my moms 40th was there and it was beautiful not run down at all … but now it’s run down the play area with was dark and not maintained… dangerous for kids and by far an unsatisfied experience all in all
