what an excellent service

<p>I would love to compliment the lady by the name of Juwairiyya Shaik from Nedbank Galleria. It was Wednesday the 12th when I get there I was so hopeless and clueless at the same time, I tried to explain to the lady what brought me there by the counter, she then sent me to no 13. When I got there (no 13) I was greeted with a friendly manner by Juwairiyya, she asked me what I was there for I tried to explain to her, she was so helpful, she was smiling one way. She gave me a superb service ever. Thank you</p>
