Disgusting service

<p> </p> <p>Good day. I just want to express my dismay at the utter disrespect and poor service I received at the Westgate store 29/07/2016. It had to be the poorest service and treatment, or let me rephrase lack of service, that I have experienced in my life!</p> <p> </p> <p>I quite LIKED 32 clothing... I shop there from time to time and I have even introduced some of my friends - coz I quite like the spread you have on offer. However, I will not set foot in that store ever again and I will share my experience with my colleagues and friends.</p> <p> </p> <p>As a retailer - you should know - that I can buy clothes anywhere, but it is the shopping experience that will make me return to a store.</p> <p> </p> <p>On Tuesday afternoon, I went into the store to buy some items. I then called my husband to come and meet me at the store, because I saw nice jeans and shirts.</p> <p>And if I may just add, that the overall feel of the store is horrible - I liked the one downstairs in the mall , a lot better.</p> <p>And then to add to that, there is just no engagement from the staff...I was in the store for over an hour and nobody stopped once to greet or acknowledge me, or even just to ask if they could assist in anyway... they just hung around, chatting socially or sitting on the wall behind the cashiers.</p> <p> </p> <p>But be it as it may - we concluded our shopping and left. I then returned the next day, to exchange my jeans and my sons gloves for bigger sizes.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was assisted by a guy, called Kathlego. He is arrogant and rude. I was firstly advised that I could not exchange the items, since they were on sale. I asked him to show me where the notice was and he said I should check my slip! Who looks at the fine print on the slip. I even told them to put a notice up at the till, to let customers know. I then insisted that he exchanged the jeans, because what is the point of having the wrong size - and you can't wear it...and your sizes are odd and it varies - I would normally buy a size 10 and it would fit - but this jeans didn't even close! We argued about this until he agreed ...As for the gloves - they just refused to exchange it - because the price tag was removed - yet I had the slip!!! I don't see the sense in that! Because now I bought the gloves and it doesn't fit my son - it will just lay at home as an ornament!</p> <p> </p> <p>Kathlego is just down-right rude. This guy gave me so much of attitude. He vocally engaged with me in a fight and would not back down. Please look at the footage , so you can see how he waived his arms and pointed at me after I cautioned him not to point at me and to change his attitude...he was not moved....He even refused to write down the contact number for the regional manager - he said I should get it from the store window - I can write it down myself! And then to crown it, he threw my cash receipt at me!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I cannot begin to describe to you, how furious I was. I stormed out of your store and went shopping at Woolworths instead - where I was guaranteed a pleasurable experience, as usual...</p> <p> </p> <p>But what ****ed me off the most, was when I told him I was going to report him and that he does not value his job - he said to me that I shouldn't dare threaten him!!
