Arrogant owner

<p>I had a lay-bye of 4 items causing me an amount of 3000 with a deposit of 898, today I went yo cancel the lay-bye cause I am having experiencing financial set back , I was told that the I am going to be charged an amount of 20% cacancellation fee which I was fine with it, now on to find that I am actually charged from the 3000 which I will be given 300.</p> <p> </p> <p>My question is its fair that we are charged 20% from the lay-bye amount and not from the original amount? This is **************** as the store is operating like they runnnig an account store. All the big stores don't treat consumers like this. 32 clothing now operating as DMF are reaping us off</p> <p>If u want to canacell lay-bye u should pay the remaining balance and there is no refund, it's like you have a an account with them .</p> <p>I am taking this further with the consumer protection I know my rights as consumer.</p>
