Hairdresser out of Hell!!!!!

BEFORE I went to them I've send them a photo of how I want my hair to be cut and colored. They confirmed FIVE times that they can do my hair as per picture. My hair is dark brown and it was supposed to be ombred with a lighter colour of brown. After 3 hours my hair is YELLOW and RED with stripes instead of blending! The owner Dedree is one of the rudest people! She referred me to the Yvonne, telling me she "is the best"! Ja, the best one to ruin your hair! I've contacted them for a refund to try and fix the damage they have done. Screaming she said it is my problem, I have to deal with it!!!! STAY AWAY AS FAR AS POSSIBLE, THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! You will regret it!!
