WRONG INSTRUCTIONS FOLLOWED

Handed in 2 Tshirts for printing a week ago and went to fetch it after 4 days. Instructions that were given verbally as well as per email were not followed and printed wrong. I phoned manager, Tiaan and he asked me return Tshirts and ensured me that it would be rectified. Went to collect it after 3 days and AGAIN PRINTED WRONG. Phoned Tiaan while I was in the store and he had such an attitude telling me that he just followed my instructions and nothing could be done now. Now why would I return 2 wrongly printed Tshirts and instruct them to print it the wrong way again????? Assistant in store on that stage read the email with the instructions and admitted that Tiaan did it wrong again. Eventually got my money back after I refused to go without getting a refund. Never again!!
