Wrong information given by *********** staff

I needed to do an urgent overnight delivery from Cape Town to Pretoria, so I headed to my nearest 3@1 store to enquire about overnight delivery services, I was assured that my package would arrive the next day and so went ahead with my purchase of the Aramax back, but come the following day when my package was to arrive and no delivery, when I tried the tracking the parcel on the website there is no info, only after a lot of searching I see that Aramax does not deliver on weekends or public holidays, so now my father is sitting without a diabetic test kit because the delivery will be made on Tuesday putting his life at risk everytime he injects insulin due to him not being able to test he's insulin first and having to guess he's sugar levels. This is UNACCEPTABLE, what type of people do you hire that give the wrong information just to make a sale. Pathetic and disgusted!
