Worst attitude ever while helping clients

Hi<br> It is now the second time that I had to experience this Rozelle's bad attitude. Every time I had to wait quite a while she is busy with a private call with her boyfriend. She is very irritated and unfriendly while helping one and it is almost as if she is angry because one is disturbing her. When I said I will complaint at head office she went to the back and called the girl, Erdine, who is the manager at the store. She came back to tell me Erdine said under no circumstance will they give me the head office nr or manager's nr. I could not believe what I am hearing. I am very disappointed and will not leave the issue there.
